Senior Spotlight!Before long, many seniors will be finding out about college scholarships and other private scholarships they have been awarded. Every year LP honors these scholarship recipients in our Senior Spotlight display, located at the door to Student Services and at our Senior Awards Night during graduation week. To ensure that you are properly recognized, please complete the Senior Spotlight Form (see right hand side of this webpage) and return it to Mrs. Sciacca in Student Services no later than May 03, 2013. When you return this form you will be included in the Senior Spotlight in Student Services and you will be invited to the Senior Awards Night on May 20, 2013. Please include a wallet sized photo for the Senior Spotlight. Important Transcript Information!!Seniors! Please follow the below steps when ordering your transcripts for colleges:
1. See Mrs. Sciacca, School Registrar, after you have completed your college or scholarship applications. 2. Pay $3.00 for each official transcript, allowing a minimum of 48 hours for the work order to be completed. 3. Bring Mrs. Sciacca the SENDEDU FORM for electronic submissions of your transcript and school profile; OR, bring the completed mailing address for where you want the transcript sent. College Reps at LPHS!Many colleges and universities from across the country and the state have made arrangements to visit LPHS! Take advantage of this opportunity to learn more about different schools without leaving the building. Students wanting to meet with an admissions representative must sign up in Naviance and print off their confirmation. Bring your confirmation to class and have your teacher sign it before leaving to meet with a representative. See your counselor if you are having difficulty getting onto Naviance. A list of schools that have scheduled visits can be found on Naviance.
